“Creativity is intelligence having fun.” – Albert Einstein

It took God seven days and seven nights to create planet Earth, our beautiful home. Creativity is inspired by experiences and challenges and to build something from scratch takes time. Edison had a one-third rejection rate for most of his patents when he finally accepted the inevitable frustrations of the creative process and turned his attention to other projects that eventually lead to the invention of the electric light bulb—the source of his recognition as a prodigy today. Shakespeare also had to experience countless disappointments before Hamlet made him proud. The secret to attaining creative triumph lies in doing things differently- even if it spells failure in the end. Persistence always opened door to greatness. Creative geniuses take the road less travelled and plunge into diverse ideas and projects as it is believed that the first thought always ends up in the trash while it triggers new and refined ideas.

Time draws an unparalleled line between client and the artist. Being forced to come up with something extraordinary in a moment’s time will only result in the ordinary. Trying to cough up rainbows within impossible time limits will put the mind on autopilot and therefore compromise on creativity, a function only available in Snapchat. A creative mind will only be creative when the mind is set free to imagine, create and play.
