Father of the world’s first successful operating system- Symbian, David Wood presented a talk on “Predicting 2025: Business & Work Life” at The Blue Circle on 3rd December, 2018. Wood, a renowned trans-humanist, consultant, and writer who chairs London Futurists has spent 25 years envisioning, architecting, designing, implementing, and ardently innovating smart phone technology.
He shared insights on how AI and biotechnology were developing at a rapid rate. The talk dived into the ethics and morality of technological development, and how we might have to adapt and well-equip ourselves to live and work in the coming ages. He also went on record to say that it was important for AI to evolve under the right minds and be used for the greater good.
